Jason Wilson
Born and raised in NC , from early age Jason was exposed to engaged in variety of sports. This allowed him not only to gain knowledge about how the human body operates. He also realizes how important it is to have a good connection to our body in order to treat it with appropriate care.
Jason’s passion for fitness and wellness lead him to pursue a bachelor in sports medicine and athletic training.
Jason has achieved personal training certification with the focus in Athletic performance, strength training, corrective exercises, weight loss and youth fitness.
His goal is to motivate, educate and inspire others through his or her own fitness journey.
