I found the Holistic Vitality Center after visiting numerous doctors who were only treating the isolated symptoms (unsuccessfully!) that I was experiencing. Dr. Nathani is amazing!! On the first visit she spent almost 2 hours with me… really listening, and connecting the dots between things that all the other doctors hadn’t paid attention to. I have been seeing her now for almost 2 months, and the change in how I feel is nothing short of miraculous. I came with challenging symptoms of peri-menopause, and am now feeling like I’m getting my life back. I’m sleeping again, I have lost 10 lbs, my outlook is brighter, I have focus, the ability to concentrate, and feel alive! This is all with minimal supplementation, and her wonderful acupuncture. I had never experienced real acupuncture before, and I can’t get over how effective it is. And Dr. Nathani has worked with me each time, listening to how I responded to the previous treatment, to give me an individualized approach that my body is responding to happily. I also had her work with some chronic pain I was experiencing in my shoulder and neck, and within 3 visits, she adjusted my neck in ways that no other chiropractor has been able to, and her excellent massage therapists helped my muscles to unknot and find a new ‘set point’. I cannot recommend her enough… Every aspect of my experience with the Holistic Vitality Center has been beyond my expectations.
