I came to Holistic Vitality Center after a recommendation from a friend. I had been experiencing pain in my neck and shoulder from sitting at my desk all day and in my achilles due to physical activity. The team at HVC used a variety of techniques (laser treatment, acupuncture, massage, and chiropractic adjustments) as well as home treatment recommendations to ease my pain.
